As a child, I remember seeing my father work countless hours as a mechanic just to provide for us. Long hours ended with him not having the energy or hours left in the day to spend time with my sister or myself. I learned a lot from seeing that contiguous cycle. When I had my first daughter something clicked and I wanted to make sure she was provided for and had the best opportunities in life. I worked countless hours but missed some precious moments along the way until I had an awakening. I was in the same rat race my father was in.

I had to break the norm of “you need to work hard for your money” and start to make my money work hard for me. Real Estate was the best investment in achieving the goal of receiving passive income and building wealth. Family means everything to me. It is my purpose and my driver. It propels me to become the best version of myself. We all need to make time to be with our children and provide them with a legacy of wealth and information. Presence is the way.
