Mike Tohikian

Founder and CEO

Oversees all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and property analysis for HSCG.

Mike’s parents immigrated to the US in the 60s and settled in the San Fernando Valley area. He graduated from California State University Northridge where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. Mike’s journey into commercial real estate began in 2003 at a privately owned real estate family office who owned and operated 60+ shopping centers in Southern California. Mike was responsible for leasing of all the shopping centers and new acquisitions. Through the years he made key connections with many national and regional brands, developers and investors. In 2006, Mike formed his own full service commercial real estate brokerage company specializing, Hot Spot Properties, Inc. Hot Spot Properties currently represents major national tenants including McDonald’s, Panda Express, Denny’s along with smaller regional tenants and start up retail concepts.

Mike prides himself at being a good husband and father of two beautiful girls. He considers himself a dad who invests in Real Estate.
