Our team hand selects the property that matches our investment criteria. More than often I invest in the deals we procure. The investment is meticulously managed throughout the holding period (usually between 3-5 years) by Hot Spot Capital Group. *

Investing with us & distributions

Let’s get on a call and get to know one another and see if our investment criteria are aligned. If we are aligned and you are a qualified investor (we work with accredited and sophisticated investors), we can partner up on a future deal which will give you a percentage ownership in the deal. This is a good step in becoming a passive investor in an actual property unlike a stock or a REIT. We always work to get monthly or quarterly distributions to our investors from the collected rental profits.*

Asset sale & profit split

Upon reaching the end of our hold period per our business plan or if earlier based on market factors, if the property is sold the profit is divided and distributed amongst investors that are part of the deal. Cash Flow is the first benefit of multifamily and appreciation providing realized gains are the next best thing.*
